  • Tokopedia Customer Service Inquiry

    Hi, I have been a Tokopedia member for couple of years. I was in the states for over one year and my Tokopedia account was inactive. However, I managed to process one transaction last week and now I cannot make further purchase. The process is: I selected the item I want to purchase, select my credit card, reconfirm my credit card or Easy pay, etc., and then press enter, the CVV menu is displayed but I do not receive the CVV on my hand phone. I tried to contact Tokopedia online but robot chat and my bahasa Indonesia is limited. Is there a direct number for Tokopedia customer service? I happen to be the neighborhood of Tokopedia head office. Can I visit their office and visit their customer service in-person? Any above information will be helpful. Thanks in adavance.

    (1) It already happened to me too , and it was not a problem of the shopping platform . Did you ask Tokopedia to resend it ? Do you know that you cannot pay with credit card if the value is below Rp50'000 ?

    If you didn't find out a solution to this , I suggest you you use a different way of payment , like GoPay (which gives you more discount/cashback) .

    (2) I didn't find at their website , but there is an email : care@tokopedia.com (@ https://www.tokopedia.com/help)
    And at https://www.tokopedia.com/about/contact-us/?lang=en, there are 2 addresses (see photo below)

    (3) I don't know , but from the 2 addresses , maybe only at TOKOPEDIA CARE TOWER .

      Hi Marcus,

      Thank you for your reply. I managed to purchase some products from Tokopedia.

      Apparently, the user interface (UI) has changed. After I select the item I want to purchase, I scroll down the menu and reconfirm my credit card information and input my 3 digits security code. The I will received OTP with the purchase amount from my bank to confirm my purchase with Tokopedia. A little troublesome but I believe its a security.
