Cats in apartments (Jakarta)

Hi there,

I keep on reading online that certain apartments advertise them as oet friendly, and at the same time they keep on referring to them being an exception.

Is it true that most apartment buildings (focusing on expat prices) do not allow pets in Central Jakarta/SCBD?

Hoping to gather some input on this.

Maybe it is like in my country where each building/residential complex make their own rules regarding matters like that . Or the owner may also have his/her say if the place is rented furnished .

Yes, most of the buildings in Jakarta are not pet friendly. I personally only know 2 apartments in Kuningan (Verde & Ciputra World 2) that allow residents to have pet(s), as I was searching for one bcs of my cat.
