- uc1000 contains of 1000 mg of vitamin C. while the number of vitamin c that is needed for the body is only 150 ( i forgot the exact number, whether it's 150 or 200).
- too much of vitamin c will damage your kidney.
- vitamin c regenerates cells in your body, including cancer cells. having too much vitamin c, will regenerate cancer cell in your body. everybody has some cancer cells in our body, in very controllable number. but if they are multiplied , means they might makes the number of the cancer cells be uncontrollable.

I drink u1000 sometimes...esp when I don't feel well. Oh well...

Back to basics - do you remain logged in all the time? If so, log out and log back in.
I had a problem a week or so ago that seemed to be slow network connection - the page would load, but incompletely ie the last portion was missing. (This was in moderator screens where the portion missing was PM text box). I could type in all available sections but the "hourglass" was still cycling. It eventualy came good when connectivity improved.
Help Sergei - any ideas?

I use the latest version of Mozilla and surprisingly it works faster than google Chrome. FYI, I still not able to open forum using Google Chrome.

i got flu..... incl sore throat, runny nose, headache... and pile of works to do ..

Yesterday I was the tourist guide for a future willing to be korean contractor on our dockyard.
I rarely pass as much time under the sun... all day walking around and taking picture of all of our commodity... it was enough for give me sunburn.

Sign that my hair start to call less "present" on the top... it hurt there too! Goosh! I start to have a better "protection" on my arm than my head!
I also have a very nice big red "V" under my neck.

I hope the pain will disappear soon!

Note to myself: Never forget anymore to wear the protection helmet when I go outside, it give a good basic protection for not being hit.... by the sun!

He's a little dare devil... trying to out-do his older brother and not having any hesitation... even with the cast on he was jumping on the trampoline and running around until the hype wore off and now hopefully he'll have a good, long sleep and so will I....

I haven't come visit this forum for quite some time now. I was busy doing stuff to get my mind busy. Well, being dumped is never easy.
