I'm rarely late.
On a real work I would never been late. The thing is half of the employee here do almost nothing all day long. They have lot of trouble to keep them... heu... motivated!
And even there, I'm not sure it's part of their worries.
I was late and cross the boss on my way to my desk... if I didn't cross him, nobody would had care at all!
20 minute later all my work of the day was done!
