How annoying your co worker can be? I don't know how to say thins in English or in Bahasa Indonesia. but in Javanese it will call as 'ndadak ndadak'. Me and other teacher who work with her already told her to finish the job before deadline but she never change. For example, teachers in our school have to prepare the lesson a week before they teach. But this teacher she prepares the lesson in the morning she teaches. And it's bothering other teachers who work with her, including me. We have to help her to finish the preparation.
Yesterday she did the same thing too, I snapped. She was a bit upset because I was angry at her. She told me that she will finish my job. (I can't finish my job if she didn't finish her job first, that's why it's really bothering me). Then I told her 'go ahead'. And this morning I still have to finish the unfinished job, and what she made couple of mistakes too.
I think she really need to be more organized.
