Pangandaran, Kaliputjang construction advice

Good Morning everyone,
I'm new to this forum and i hope i'm posting this in the correct section.
I am looking for construction advice in the area of Pangandaran, Kaliputjang or nearby areas.
I bought for my friend there a small house that need to be renovated with the possibility to build another building nearby.
My Indonesian is still really basic so would be helpful to have contacts or advice from someone already knowing the area.
Anyone knows a good contractor or where to buy good construction materials?
Any other advice or comment will be greatly appreciated.
