    I guess any bank accepts , although maybe most of them charge you for receiving money from abroad (more than 10 years ago , BCA charged me US$5 for each operation , but it was not from SS) .

      Have your social security direct deposit to your US bank account and withdraw cash from a local Indonesian ATM. Use a bank that do not charge or foreign withdrawal from ATM or free ATM fee.

            Sorry for the late response .

            I am not sure what is exactly your concern . I personally don't have any kind of insurance , but I guess that in Bali (or anywhere) you can get (online) any kind of insurance .
