Sorry, I'm sure your husband is a great guy and the cause is a good one. It was just that I seen the word Harley come up so many time I just asked what was on my mind.
Good luck with the fund raiser. I will be moving out of the area just prior or we would probably attend. Especially when you say you can dress any way you like. Does that also mean you won't get arrested for doing just that?

My opinion will be biased cause I am married with one. I could defend Harley Man forever if I want to. But that's not why I started this post.

I post the event announcement with a good will to promote the cause, raising funds for Indonesian children, not promoting the bike or the group. Whether any of you come or not, I have done my part to share the news here. I am not trying to lure a confrontation or anything as such, tho you guys always find away to have it anyway. Please, if you want to start another discussion vs Harley Man please start a new thread and you guys could badtyping them all you like. Fair enough?

I totally agree with you. To be honest I'm not a fan of Harley bikes or the group, I can't stand men wearing black jackets and boots and some studds or chains haha... but I always try not to be so sarcastic about things I am not fond of

It was just maybe last month when I talked to a friend, I know he rides Harley and it's like his baby.
But I was biasa aja (what is biasa aja in English? ) until he said that he and the group are doing this charity event for children who need help and that was the time when I got "oooooo" that's what he/they do... that is pretty good.

So when I saw this event announcement I know that this is the event he told me about

I've been to the event the past three years and have always had a good time. Good food lots of beer, live band and all the money is going to help the kids so well worth it. As for the HOG members, most are executives / managers in the oil and gas / mining industries or other professional people. They do like to drink and get a bit rowdy but all in good fun.
